There’s magic all around, just open your eyes and be still long enough to recognise what a truly remarkable world we live in. 
Whenever you need a lift or a quick reenergise throughout the day, just take a moment to close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and relax. Breath in calm and peace and as you breath out let go of all tension, negativity and concerns. Just be still, present and centre yourself, this only needs to take a few moments, you’ll be surprised at how refreshing it is! Or/and click this link to do some meditations.

When you repeat any positive affirmation smile and believe in what you are saying. You don’t have to say them all at once, it’s helpful to start with a few that are important to you and repeat them until you believe them.
